Horrible shopping experience. I bought the knives in November and they arrived in February. The shipping company didn't notify me the day before delivery, and when it arrived, no one was home. Instead of making another delivery attempt, they left the package at the post office and didn't notify me again; I found a note in my mailbox a week later. On top of that, I had to pay an extra €27 in customs fees, charges I hadn't expected and which they don't explain when you buy the knives. The best thing about them was the knives themselves; the purchase was a disaster. I will never buy anything from them again.

Incredible knives, truly among the finest I’ve ever used. They provide a wonderful cooking experience: razor sharp, perfectly balanced, and feel exceptionally sturdy. It’s obvious that these are designed for long-lasting use. As a big fan of trucks, this special set is genuinely a dream come true. The themed hard shell case is fantastic, and the designs etched into the steel look stunning in person. Everything about this set feels high-end and meticulously crafted. I couldn’t be more satisfied with them.

Truly Stunning Knives!

These knives are absolutely beautiful. My partner loves them and insisted on having them. He might be a bit spoiled, but I now plan to get some for myself. I never thought I would find such a useful and stunning set of knives!

Order Issues with Special Edition

I placed an order for a special edition item. There have been delays with continued excuses regarding delivery, which is now projected to take over two months from the order date, alongside the company's early charge to my account. I would be more understanding if they didn't charge me before shipping. However, it is unacceptable to take my money without delivering a product.

Fraudulent Site!

Fraudulent site!! I ordered in May 2025, and they keep claiming there are issues causing delays. They seem to have no intention of producing or shipping the items, using AI-generated emails to create the illusion of communication. This is unacceptable!

Communication and Patience Matter

I purchased my knives back in July, and now it's October. I received emails indicating manufacturing delays. Initially, I wasn’t concerned. After hearing it could be December before shipping, I started to doubt. I researched reviews and found mixed feedback. Some were pleased, while others were frustrated. I reached out through social media and connected with a representative. While it’s hard to tell if it was an AI, the representative addressed my questions and made me feel heard. They assisted me, and I received part of my order early while the rest is still in progress. My concerns faded after receiving the knives, which are excellent. My daily tasks are much easier now. If you order, keep in mind delays can happen as the company grows. Communicate with them about your order. I went from skeptical to satisfied thanks to the representative's help.

Lack of Customer Support

There is a significant lack of customer support when it comes to inquiries through their email. I bought their knives through a platform and have yet to receive my order. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges due to their lack of transparency. Buyers, please be cautious. Thank you.
