Hi, was fantastic service all the way to New Zealand and great end product. Needs a good hone and sharpen on a nice fine stone and it holds its edge really well, a pleasure to use and so versatile.. a truly great product, i shall be purchasing more for family presents :)
We bought the hand forged Serbian cleaver many months ago. Actually we bought 3.. and gifted 1 to our neighbour ( an avid meat smoker) and 1 to our son who loves cooking, and talked about this knife watching videos on social media.We love our knife, and used it just yesterday when spatchcocking a turkey to smoke for our Thanksgiving dinner this weekend.Our neighbour loved his knife so much he has gone back to your store and bought more.The blade goes through anything, and it is so comfortable in the hand. Your are only as good as your tools. This tool is exceptional.
I bought the Ultimate Bushcraft Bundle for my husband's birthday and man, were we blown away! We live in Ireland and I thought it would be a mission to get these knives so I ordered months before his birthday. Not a single issue at all, such great service, I received update emails throughout the process too, which was super helpful. Had to hide them in the house for 3 months though. The knives themselves are just incredible quality, SUPER sharp (yes, of course I cut myself the minute I touched them! 🙄🤣) and so pretty too. My husband couldn't stop looking at and touching them. Forged in Fire is his favourite show so he was super stoked that he had his own forged steel to use. The wooden handles are fantastic too, extemely classy and very solid, and the leather sheaths just top off an amazing product. Thanks so much guys, I have been given the Wife of the Year award! Loving the recipes on the website too, although he'll be the one doing the cooking now. 🤣 Will definitely be buying from you again, thanks Curtis!!
I have purchased several knives from you for my husband and I always watch for new blade styles. He is a chef and loves your product. He takes them with when he travels and has cooking demos. High quality product. He always gets lots of compliments and tells everyone where they can get them.
The knife was delivered a good bit of time ago. Everyone that cooks on the house loves the cleaver, and laughs at how strict I am about it's washing and storage. We absolutely love the knife, it is well balanced, with a sharp blade. Have already inadvertently destroyed a couple of cutting mats. I would definitely recommend this knife to everyone that preps and cooks. Haven't had to sharpen it yet, but I am sure that a couple passes with a steel will bring it back to it's original sharpness.
I love the MWTP cleaver and use it everyday for general purpose cutting and chopping… it’s wickedly sharp, retaining the edge over many uses and is easily steel stroked back to a razor. It is hefty and deft at the same time, with a good grip.Honestly, I’ve stopped using a lot of my other knives unless I have a specific task that requires a specialist tool, eg: filleting and peelingI’m very happy with my purchase of this cleaver.
