I was a bit suspicious about it, but decided to try it out after reading positive reviews. I was not disappointed, great service, quick delivery and the perfume was identical to the super expensive one I normally buy.i will make further purchases as I was given £5 of my next purchase over £20.
I’ve probably bought around 20 bottles so far from the essence vault and have never been disappointed, I always get compliments when I wear the fragrances and they always have great bundle deals onsite, would always recommend them to anyone and regularly do!
Unfortunately my item was "damaged beyond repair" in transit with Evri. I reached out to The Essence Vault customer service team, and had an instant reply from Peter. Apologising and offering a refund or replacement. I took the replacement option and was refunded my initial P&P charge without even asking for that. In a time where there are unfortunately many companies who offer awful customer service, this was wholly appreciated. Many thanks to The Essence Vault and Peter 😊
