My first order arrived promptly, but one item was missing, I contacted them and Gareth was extremely helpful, I have been resent my item with a complimentary sample. Just waiting for them to arrive, excellent customer service. I will be ordering again 😊
I tried to find an equivalent for zara's memorable aura perfume as it's now been discontinued. Did some research and 922 should have been similar. I am so impressed!!! It smells so similar to the zara one and I'm super pleased as it was so cheap.
Ordered from The Essence Vault for the first time after being tempted by facebook adverts that kept popping up. I was a bit dubious in doing so as had been sucked in by these type of ads before having ordered package deal from another dupe company - won't name but initials are S.R. - only to be totally disappointed. The selection I picked smelled nothing like the originals and now sit on a shelf unused. I was sceptical and worried this would be the same and so every time the ad for TEV popped up I was tempted - particularly the 2 sided argument ones which I must say even staged presented so well and gave very valid points for purchasing with TEV and not buying into celebrity status and fancy packaging, but still, I stopped myself - until their Black Friday Payday Deal when I threw caution to wind and ordered the package deal. Not only that but for discounted price there was an option to add a 4th mystery bottle which I did, then sat back and waited to see if this was yet another rip off. Well I am delighted to say they arrived - well packaged - with excellent updates on dispatch and delivery (and a nice friendly welcome to the TEV team) smelling absolutely gorgeous. I sprayed one fully (Lady Million) and it was beautiful, like original and lasted through the evening. Small squirts of the others - never had or smelled the originals so can't comment on the accuracy of the scent but can vouch they too smell delicious. Of the 4 bottles I would give 2 of them a 10/10 rating and the other 2 on first sample a score of around 6 or 7 only because they are different to what I would be used to. I very well may come to love them too once used to scent or having tried them fully but all in all they are all beautiful and I would say if you are on fence or dubious about buying from TEV it's going to be a good purchase. Obviously I can only go by my purchases but based on that I am really happy and would most definitely be buying from TEV again. Bonus was after ordering I kept reading reviews for Lost Cherry how everyone raved about it and I wished I had ordered it. Well - delighted to say it was my mystery perfume so I feel I won a watch. Jury still out only because I just had a small spray and I don't know how I feel about unisex perfumes on my skin yet but it settled nice and lasted so when ready to fully try it I will see how we get on but so glad I have it to try. Thank you Essence Vault...and well done to you for giving us beautiful scents we can afford to buy. I shall definitely be back.**UPDATE**Now LOVE Lost Cherry.Wore it fully and scent seemed completely different to first smell. It's gorgeous (and didn't smell masculine at all for being unisex) Might smell different on everyone but now moved up scale to another 10/10.
This is a fantastic company. I bought a bundle of 8 fragrances on a discounted offer which represented amazing value considering the quality of what’s been delivered. Flawless delivery and excellent customer service on one outstanding item that was sent a bit later.
It’s very nice and smells a lot like the real perfume at a lot less that original price but the smell dosnt last a very long time unfortunately, which was abit disappointing after reading reviews - but it’s very nice , I purchased the number 27 perfume - it’s perfect for every day use
