Beware!!!!This Company uses Reviews. io for their Review Company, that by all account uses chatbots!! Genuine Company’s use Trustpilot for genuine Customer service Reviews. This company suffers from extremely poor customer care, poor correspondence and little empathy. Three furniture items purchased from shop and only one delivered within the timeframe stated. No correspondence at all on delayed delivery items. Customer on several occasions had to contact store to get updates. Head office extremely poor and unable to provide satisfactory help. Store was quite happy to take full payment and then only after nine (9) months items finally arrived. No apology or offer of refund or good will gesture received. Do not purchase from this store.
