UPDATE:I was refunded for the battery after iOutet looked at my case againORIGINAL: Ordered an iPhone, paid extra for new battery. It failed with in 3 months. It turned out they hadn't fitted it properly and left some parts out. They then refused a refund.
Item exactly as described, quick delivery and great communication even over the festive break. I made a mistake on my order and they responded quickly, rectifying the problem. Item looks and works great - would thoroughly recommend!
I found after comparing prices on the Internet that ioutlet was very competitive. I decided to purchase owing to trust pilot reviews. The only reason for not a five star was the slight delay in delivery however the phone arrived very well packaged and seems in mint condition.

Update - I was impressed by the customer service and the issue was speedily resolved, with a replacement device being sent express delivery. This Macbook Air was described as a Grade A device and I paid the 14.99 charge for quick delivery as a Xmas present. The battery is completely non-functional at 1% and unresponsive to charging. I have emailed and will update on the response from iOutlet.
UPDATED: I purchased a grade A refurbished phone through ioutlet. It was delivered Christmas Eve. Unfortunately I had to return it as it seems to be faulty. While it was disappointing to return the item, I have to say that the returns process was very quick and smooth. I sent the item back and received an email the next day confirming my refund had been processed.
