Very helpful that went above and beyond! It’s unusual these days to get the “personal touch” from a company. They kept me fully informed, offered helpful alternatives and I would definitely recommend their products and online service. Not a one size fits all approach.
Next day delivery - should have been delivered on Friday 1st of August as it was order before their cut off for next day(ordered on the 31st. We chose this company as we had our little one early and needed the Moses basket and it didn’t arrive until the Monday. The quality of it is poor, none of the screw holes have been drilled deep enough so makes it unfit to be used due to it not being sturdy. I would in any case avoid using the little green sheep. Customer care are also not that much help as you’d expect when your spending a healthy chunk of money on an item.
We purchased a 90 x 190 mattress and found it to be extremely firm—so much so that even our children complained about it. When we tried to return it, the company refused, unlike most other reputable mattress providers who offer more flexible return policies.They claim to follow the Lullaby Trust’s guidelines, but those are intended for infants up to 12 months old not for older children. We had high hopes for a natural, comfortable mattress, but were left very disappointed. We’ve now had to buy mattress toppers just to make it bearable. They really need to reconsider both their mattress design and their customer service approach.
We ordered the Moses basket with stand and though it looks nice in pictures, we were unable to use it as putting the stand together was impossible.The dow joints do not fit snug, and even when put in place and tightened with the screws below, the stand will not sot square and sits loose; the legs do not fit properly in to the piece of wood when screwed in place. In short, the parts just seem really poor and as such, we weren't able to put it together properly.I messaged the company, and to be fair they sent a replacement stand so I can't complain there. However, this stand was even worse. With the Dow joints in place and screws tightened, again, the stand seems loose and you could literally pull a leg towards you no force what so ever to test the sturdiness when screwed, only for it to come apart. In no way shape or form would you risk putting a basket on the structure with a child in it. Not much else to say, customer service seems sound enough at the moment but we are left with a baby without a cot for the house and with two stands sent, the second even worse than the first, it seems there's a manufacturing problem. A cursory look at other reviews would say much the same with this product it would seem.I'll be looking for a full refund for this cot and won't be using the company in the future.
Beautiful products. There was an issue with something in my delivery when it arrived which was instantly resolved and a replacement was delivered the very next day. Speedy customer service and response time was very quick from Tegan in customer services. Will definitely keep using their products.
