Excellent customer service

I bought a pillow back in April, and when I washed it the filling turned into a ball. I contacted customer services and they were excellent. Very friendly, professional and helpful. They have arranged a replacement pillow to be sent even though I bought the pillow 6 months ago.

Horrible customer support

Horrible customer support! I was supposed to receive a mattress on a Wednesday, I call on Thursday and they say that I should receive it by the end of the day. Still nothing until Friday evening, I called before they close, they say they will call me back. They never did... I was depending on them and replaced the bed on Wednesday, and for days now my baby has no mattress to sleep on.P.S. I would write a review for the mattress, but I haven't received it yet...

Terrible experience, please avoid

Terrible warehouse. Ordered 2 parts to finish the cot bed and 2 times the order that i received was completely wrong. It seems that they just send any part they have spared. Second time they suppose to send it urgently in priority and it took 4 days to arrive. I am just desperate waiting for the 3rd delivery to arrive. We will see what is coming...

DO NOT order from this company

DO NOT order from this company. We ordered a mattress and it is extremely hard and uncomfortable, not usable at all, may as well sleep on the floor. On their website they claim that you can return within 30 days in new, unused condition and 'if possible' in original packaging. Our son would not try the mattress in its plastic bag, like most children who are very picky, so under the 'if possible' guise, we removed it from its bag and placed a mattress protector on it for all of the 5 minutes he tried it, then placing it back in the plastic bag. Because of this the company will not accept our return, despite their own advice stating 'if possible in original packaging'. So we have lost out on nearly £300. This is extremely unacceptable and disappointing and the company is not willing to help in any way what so ever. Do NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LEFT OUT OF POCKET.
