The best customer service from Demi! Love my Little Green Sheep mattress, and bought another for someone else but had to return it because no longer required. So easy to do- just a quick call (no long wait) and Demi was so sunny and lovely and helpful! So grateful! Would definitely shop here again.
My review is a little strange in the fact, I bought my Moses Basket online, only to have my Aunty arrive with the exact same one a day before it was meant to be delivered. As such, I called the customer service team who picked up quickly and were so understanding to my situation. The representative (Demi) quickly called the courier to see if it could be stopped from leaving the depot and emailed me immediately to let me know of the outcome. Sadly it was too late to stop the delivery but was given instruction as to what to do when arrived, as well as arranging for a return when it was came back to the shop. Honestly, the ease of service and being able to speak to a real person in real time is exceptional in this day and age. Especially to a lady who genuinely cared and was super kind and helpful. I have my ‘Little Green Sheep’ Moses Basket and it is absolutely beautiful. It’s sturdy and made well. I know my baby will be sleeping in something that is not only environmentally friendly, but ensures there are no nasties for my baby. I can highly recommend the Moses Basket and customer service to anyone who is thinking of purchasing one.
Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order on a Thursday before 1pm and it was confirmed I had qualified for free next day delivery. This was the reason I ordered direct rather than with John Lewis for example. I waited in the whole of Friday and received no update. It is now Monday, I called at 9am and they advised there had been delays but that customers had been notified by email (I still haven’t received any such email). They confirmed the order was on its way but that tracking information wasn’t available but someone would be in touch by email to provide this once available. I was told this would be the same day. By 4pm no one had been in touch so I called again, tracking number provided. I came off the phone, tried the tracking number and it doesn’t work so I called back and they are now saying it’s an issue with Yodel and I need to try again in a few hours! Here we are on Monday evening with no sign of the delivery and no way of knowing when it will arrive. Absolutely shocking service and wish I had just stuck to John Lewis or Mamas & Papas. Avoid at all costs! My baby is due imminently and the staff I spoke to all give the impression they couldn’t care less.
We bought a Single Natural Junior Mattress in April 2024. We previously had the cot bed mattress so trusted that the single mattress would be good. However when it arrived it was extremely firm/hard. We thought it may soften over time. However after 7 months of using it, it hasn’t soften. It’s still rock hard and extremely uncomfortable to lie on. It’s like lying on the floor. My daughter has been complaining of back pain and hip pain which we have worked out was due to the mattress. (We have since changed the mattress to a more reputable brand!) We are only reviewing this now as we wanted to give it enough time to ensure the mattress is fairly reviewed. I’m not sure if it’s a faulty batch but cannot believe this is allowed to be sold!
Unfortunately the product we purchased wasn’t quite right for us (although evidently very well made) so we returned, however I would recommend Little Green Sheep for their amazing customer service! I dealt with two seperate advisors via online chat, both were incredibly helpful and their customer service skills were wonderful. Thankyou so much for making everything an easy experience for us :-)
