The protective mattress sheet is perfect. it is beautifully made and doesn't feel like a waterproof sheet at all - no crinkling sound! I had one little query regarding my purchase which was resolved very quickly. I can not fault The Little Green Sheep company at all. Thank you.
I’ve recently had a slight problem with an order I placed (which is very rare as I’ve ordered numerous times from this company). I was back and forth emailing a “Ben Harvey” who was friendly, professional and resolved the issue straight away! This review is a just a thank you for that as normally when having a “complaint” so to speak, it’s a lot of back and forth, whereas Ben was very quick to respond and I had a replacement with me by this morning!
Ordered a custom made mattress to fit carrycot, which requests a template. I thought it would be best to send the foam mattress as it was exact size and lightweight to post, not knowing this wasn't an acceptable format. Had a few issues arise due to this with customer service team, but they worked with me to resolve this and overcome the issue. Subsequently they have updated the website to be clearer for future customers. I now have a beautiful handmade organic mattress for my prams carrycot, which without the templating service would not have been possible :) Ben saved the day by stepping in and providing excellent customer service after a rocky start!
I had an issue with my order which was processed through another company online. When i called customer services I spoke to Ben Harvey who was extremely helpful despite there being a terrible line. He took my details and emailed instructions on what I needed to do next. Following this I received the order the next day :) He was very helpful and I am really happy with my order.
Absolutely furious with this mattress company! I've been stuck with the wrong mattress for two excruciating weeks, and their incompetence is beyond infuriating. They can't seem to resolve the issue, and I strongly advise against wasting your time and money with them. Very incompetent people works there non of them can sort anything!
