Fantastic service and quality crib

I bought a SnuzPod which is great but had a small issue with the mattress, I contacted customer services and they got back to me almost immediately to say they would ship a replacement. The replacement was great and baby sleeps really well in her crib! Really great service and good quality bed.

Great products & customer service

This company has been recommended previously, and this is the first time purchasing. The quality of the products was amazing, and the delivery was quick and efficient! The customer service were great too! I would definitely be recommending and ordering again!

Really disappointed with this company

Really disappointed with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is supposed to be a company providing children and baby stuff so you’d think they cared about their customers. I’m a single mum and had to carry a single mattress up three flights of stairs on my own. I was covered in cuts and bruises and soo upset. The delivery man said that it wasn’t outside the door delivery but curb side delivery. I rang the company because I was obviously so upset and they said they would ring me back. It’s been nearly two weeks and I’ve heard nothing. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

1* Because I ordered on Tuesday BEFORE 1pm (Basically moday around 3pm) Which means my delivery should have been on Wednesday. It is now Thursday end of day and I don't have the item I ordered.Going through the negative reviews, it seems others have experienced the same.

What a great company, can't recommend enough

What a pleasant surprise. This company has been absolutely amazing from start to finish.Our baby arrived a lot earlier than expected and therefore I was in a rush to get out things together to have our home ready for them.Upon ordering from the hospital theybwas an option for a neighbour to receive the parcel which was nice. However, upon my panic stage, I made a mistake and ordering the wrong size. Upon fixing the cot I realised and worrying this would be an issue. However, no. I spoke with Demi, who was an absolute pleasure to speak too and even calmed my worries and allowed for me to have various other options to cater for me. Honestly, I left the conversation smiling and happy, from dreading it earlier on. Thank you Demi.Although, john lewis sells items from this company and is know for customer service. I cannot recommend going direct to this company enough. I received faster delivery times, more options (return l, exchange) and even better levels of service. I will be sure to recommend to all amd anyone I know.

I had ordered a Moses basket a few months ago which had been stored at my mother in laws, when we brought it home there was no screws to build it up so I emailed and got a very quick response from Demi, she arranged to send a new set of screws out! Thank you

Fantastic customer service - but don’t use the email form on the website!

Contacted LGS following a product fault in a product I purchased from another retailer. Used the contact form on the website twice and had no reply. Noted from TrustPilot that customer service is very good, so I tried again via the chat function and got connected with Demi. I was pleased about this as Demi has several good reviews so I had faith in her resolving my issue. True to her great reputation, Demi resolved the issue immediately and organised a replacement to be sent out! Thanks so much :)
