Incredible customer service! Had an issue with a single part of my Moses basket, and sent an inquiry, response within an hour and a replacement part on its way!! Really impressed with the customer service, which is the most important thing when you’ve got a baby!
I contacted the company for help with some missing parts, however my items had been discontinued as we had purchased them some time prior to needing them.Tegan went above and beyond to source the legs for me, and has sent them out to my address without any delayThe furniture is high quality, beautifully designed and superbly designed.Thank you Tegan I cannot recommend you highly enough.
I received a moses basket from Little Green Sheep and been very happy with the quality and aesthetic of the product. It is beautiful and goes well with our nursery. I needed to contact customer services for a query and they dealt with it very efficiently so I am very happy with their communication as they were quick to sort (Demi was the one I was in communication with).
Really helpful staff in the customer service department. Had a broken part on my Moses basket, a couple of emails later they had sent me a replacement out at no cost. The basket was old and well out of warranty. Thank you so much.
