Fantastic company and very kind and understanding customer service - I personally dealt with Tesni who was kind, understanding and empathetic.We had an issue with the delivery company sadly delivering our order to the wrong address. This was no fault of The Little Green Sheep and yet they were very understanding with regards to our upset and the inconvenience caused. They're are a wonderful company and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.The items I ordered were great quality and we're very happy despite having to wait that bit longer for delivery. Thank you to The Little Green Sheep and in particular Tesni for being incredibly kind and understanding.
I had already paid £23 for shipping. Then I suddenly received a notification that taxes and customs duties had to be paid. This meant I had to pay another 75€. This is not made clear enough during the purchase process. I have often ordered items from the UK to the EU and the companies organised customs clearance so that there were no surprise costs. I think The Little Green Sheep could be clearer about this.
3rd item bought where I have had missing parts. Is this bad luck or poor companies. Hard work. Note to anyone reading this, buy when you find out you are pregnant because you will need all the time to chase for missing parts. Also why do they bother putting letters in the instructions as it is pointless as they don’t put it on the parts.
Not impressed at all. I ordered one of the little green sheep Moses basket stands off of mamasandpapas and the stand arrived with the safety straps missing so the stand is totally redundant and I am unable to use it as I obviously cannot hold the basket in without them. Can’t seem to get any response from mamasandpapas so not happy at all.
I have had a positive experience with this company - for starters the quality of the Moses basket, mattress and sheet are exceptional and total value for money. Within 3 days from placing the order, the parcel arrived with us. This Moses basket is hands down better than any others I’ve came across in the likes of mamas and papas. Would highly recommend for your little ones.
