Order process was straight forward and the Magic5 goggles arrived promptly. Goggles fit well and do not leave a red ring that lasts for hours! Used to wear the mask type open water goggles to avoid the red ring around the eyes. As one swimming buddy said I went from the extra large goofy goggles to the coolest ones!
If I had paid full price, I'd be furious. Now I'm just disappointed. So much overhype and overpromising in their incessant marketing. At least with the various promos they ultimately cost the same as mass-market goggles.They fog up within ten minutes from day one. They leak slowly. The fit is designed to gently cup your eyeballs instead of sitting around your brow and eye sockets. It feels as weird as it sounds and means you can never fit them tightly enough to seal out water. Within 10 minutes of easygoing swimming, they are opaque and wet.
it was a good process but would’ve liked a email or a reminder email to double check that you have downloaded the app for the face scans but other than that the goggles fit pretty well and the nose clips are a little hard but just needed a little force to put in
I contacted customer service to ask about my order. They were very polite and helpful and assured me that my order had been shipped. I received my order in time for my holiday which was brilliant. This is my second order. I think that these goggles have helped me with the flip turn as you can see all around you in the water.
