Delivery took over one month and product was poor quality when it arrived

Delivery took over one month and communication and tracking progress was poor from The Pillow Home - I sent at least 5 emails chasing info.When the product arrived (luxury wedge pillow) it was really poor quality. Not a wedge shape, not enough stuffing to make it stand upright and quality of covering was very cheap looking. It looks like a shapeless, long pillow.Really really disappointed on all counts. I would avoid ordering from this company

I researched for a long while to choose…

I researched for a long while to choose the best mattress cover. I am waiting now and hope to update this “review” once I have slept on it! So, because I am waiting I subtracted 1 star. I thank you for the nice email you sent to apologize. I mean……who does that…..send an apology email!?!? You people are great. I can’t wait to try out my purchase. Speaking Directly To Me!

Ads are very directed and clear. I’m a side sleeper and my neck is constantly under duress during the day. My current pillow just isn’t cutting it anymore and my lack of sleep is problematic. I’m hoping that this pillow is the fix!
