I would have to say that it borders on a scam but I can't really call it a scam because I did finally get it. it didn't really look like it did in the ad and I was disappointed. I would not recommend this item although it does function as a very expensive mattress pad cover now. I'm not interested in returning it based on the reviews I read sounds like a nightmare I will chalk this up to lesson learned and now I have $150 mattress pad cover :-)
I didn't see an invoice in my email, so I don't have the order number. And shipping took a bit longer than expected. Moreover, the buttons with the zipper on the pillow are disorienting because the cover cannot be removed without removing the buttons, and the design and the convenience of washing the cover are ruined at that point! Unfortunately, the advertisement is misleading. And I'm not as pleased with the pillow as I expected. I'll probably return it.
Was a very well put together website with good information. Always skeptical on new stuff online but all the reviews help change my mind and decided to give these a try. The 90 day guarantee was also a plus. I hope their awesome and make a good difference in our sleep.
