My order arrived quickly and delivery smooth.Unfortunately neither pair of trainers fitted me as I would have liked but it seems easy to exchange with this company so I am waiting for a bigger pair.Good communication from the company and easy ordering and returns, seem very good so far!
I placed an order for through The Sports Edit, unfortunately the order went missing when Evri were delivering. I had no luck with Evri however TSE were fantastic in dealing with this. I heard back within 24hours and they offered a replacement or refund and also gave me a 15% discount code for the inconvenience. Sofia from their customer service was brilliant- I will definitely use again!
