I’m an Irish customer and had a very disappointing returns experience with Sport Edits.I already paid £5 for shipping, which is fair. However, when the shoes arrived too small, I was told I had to organise and pay for the return myself because I’m based in Ireland. This cost me €20 to send the item back to the UK.What’s unacceptable is that even when I decided to return the item for a refund instead of an exchange, I still had to pay the €20 return cost. In total, trying to buy from Sport Edits cost me around £25 just in shipping and return fees.The product itself was good, but selling to Irish customers under these conditions makes returns and exchanges extremely discouraging. I won’t be shopping with them again.P.S To answer The Sport Edit: I printed the 10£ label on your website but when I call to support they told me that because I was in Ireland that wasn’t valid, that was only for UK Returns.
Thank you for my refund Another update - no refund received and impossible to speak to anyone.Further update.Even though they said they have been in contact - they haven’t. No one has informed me that my parcel was lost in transit and that they were going to refund me. I wish online sales companies would simply pick up a phone to make contact with clients. It would make such a difference to their customer service. UPDATE - still no response. Checked my spam folder. What email address do you have ?Will someone please respond to my emails regarding delivery. Been waiting 3 days for a reply to my message - no items delivered and no response to find out where they are.
Just made my first purchase from The Sports Edit great Black Friday bargain ,thank you .I had a question about my order, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a quick reply from ,Jasmine who was very helpful and gave me the information I had asked for Answered my question and said to get back in contact should I need to Always a bit of a worry with online orders that sound very good Will definitely use this company again
Would give Sports Edit and their lovely representative Sofia 5 stars, but unfortunately my order didn't arrive though this was Evri's fault rather than The Sports Edit.Evri were a shambles but Sofia was great and quickly arranged a replacement to be sent. She is a credit to the company - please pass on my thanks to her.
