Ordered a couple of pairs of leggings…

Ordered a couple of pairs of Sweaty Betty leggings in the sale and after a couple of wears one of them started bobbling. Sofia from the customer service team responded very quickly and resolved the issue with a free replacement. Really quick response and positive experience.

Excellent customer service when I had an issue

I had an issue with one of my items and Jasmine in the Customer Service team was excellent - she replied to my email straight away, she looked straight into it and gave me regular updates via email. She gave me multiple options on how we could sort it and I was really impressed by their attention to the customer's experience to ensure customer satisfaction - thanks so much.

Great customer service

I ordered leggings which arrived promptly and were just what I wanted. However, when I first wore them I discovered a fault. I reported this to customer services with a photo and Jasmine responded with a lovely email and an immediate apology and refund confirmation because a replacement was unavailable. Really impressive customer service. Will definitely use them again.

Great After Sale Service

I purchased a pair of Hoff trainers about 4 weeks ago, but after only 4 wears some stitching started to come away on one of the trainers.I contacted SportsEdit on 23rd July about it and they promptly sorted out the issue for me and processed a full refund the next day.
