I recently bought a sonik 5 season sleep system and 2 days of using the bed i found damage to my sleeping bag,then im not happy with the frame..and theirs now also damage occuring to my mattress..i emailed tackle tavern weeks ago but no reply back..i emailed them again yesterday but no reply back,shocking customer service,i will never be using their company again for fishing gear,outlaw pro are bang on and ive upto now not had any issues using them..just feel like ive totally been ignored by tackle tavern!!
Order sonik rods but came broken email them waited over 2 weeks for them no sorry. So I phoned sonic direct and they send new rods out next day. Shame I thought tackle tavern was a good company but they aren't I spend my money else were fron know on
I bought the fox international transporter off Tackle Tavern, after 3 uses the tyre got a puncture, I spoke to talke tavern and sent some pictures for proof and after a few days I recieved a new tyre free of charge through the post, the customer service was excellent and they made it easy for me. Tackle Tavern also have good financing options making it easy to digest a big purchase. And they have fast delivery and an easy to navigate website, will be using them again!
Broke my Sonik xtractors 2 days before a planned fishing trip found them and the matching reels at tackle tavern for an incredible price compared to other stores and it arrived the next morning exactly when I needed them! Thank you!
