I ordered a pre-loved seat box for £100, the order was confirmed by TC & money taken from my account. I even had an email from the delivery company DHL regarding the delivery. On this basis I ordered accessories to go on the box, from another supplier, costing £45.Later the same day, I was contacted by Tackle Tavern to say the box was no longer available - they did not offer to provide me with a replacement, only a sorry, but you'll have to pay the extra to get one from elsewhere, or return the accessories to the other seller (at my postage cost of course).Avoid this company, rubbish customer care!!!!
Hi First purchase from here, small issue with faulty unit, zip missing, my emails were going to spam, however a guy called Matty picked this up.Sorted my issue out without any fuss, replacement sent out next day, faulty unit collected at the same time.Blind A/D for customer service.
Our order was not correct, not what we asked for, and not what they advertised. Zero customer service, zero understanding. I see lots of positive reviews, but it appears every time something goes wrong the reviews are negative, which proves they have no care about customer service
Excellent products and service.I ordered Wellies for my husband and they were too small, they quickly responded and confirmed they would change for a different size. I was able to speak to them on the phone and via email. Very helpful and polite. I will be using them again.Thank youHeidi
