I bought a Nash titan t1 camo pro and after only a few months one of the poles snapped. I contacted Martin at tackle tavern and he very quickly sorted me out with a replacement bivvy and arranged for the faulty one to be collected. Excellent customer service and I would strongly recommend buying from them .
Been a loyal customer for over three years. Had some material issues with the Nash Titan Pro bivy which had just come out of warranty. Passed around in circles by Nash & the store. After sending a detailed report, photos, and the bivy installed correctly I still can't get any clarity. Lost confidence in buying expensive equipment from the store and Nash equipment.
Purchased a Preston innovations ready. Rod holdall arrived with broken zip creased and screwed up return that one they’ve sent me another one all screwed up. It looks absolutely disgusting, I would never purchase anything from the shop again. I have also spoken to Preston innovations and it is the shops responsibility to check the stock before it is sent out. In return tackle Tavern decided to verbally abuse me, via Google reviews disgusting behaviour, and childish.
their website states email us a list of tackle you have to sell and we will get back to you with a valuation within 48 hrs . I never heard back from them, even if the tackle wasn't wanted I would of thought an email saying so would have been courteous, this tackle shop is now crossed of my list for buying or sellingBy the way I got more than expected from cash converters within 30 minutes. Give them a try first you might get more for a lot less fuss.
Ordered a prologue avenger ss medium cradle paid for next day delivery and sure enough was delivered on time. However there was a defect in the manufacture which I reported to tackle tavern support line with photos (was after 5pm so shut) but by 9am the next morning they had not only responded but initiated a courier to deliver a replacement which got to me within 24 hours - very impressed. Cannot fault their after sales customer service!
