Arrived infested with black flies

While the product is exceptional, it arrived absolutely infested with fungus gnats (black flies). When I asked the company for a solution they told me to open the lid. A weak and disappointing answer, I had hoped for better customer service. I have no desire to infest the rest of my houseplants, so we will be avoiding just leaving it open and are looking into other control methods.

I was able the terranium I wanted off the website. It was delivered and the date chosen and was well-packed. The terranium and plants were good quality and the instructions (for a beginner) were good
