This is a review I owe long time to an amazing customer service from Urban Botanist . I bought a terrarium a year ago; on delivery I noticed the glass was broken . I called the customer service regarding the damage and emailed the picture , the very next day I received a new terrarium with an extra led lighting as a good gesture . Wonderful customer service !!!
