Dirtiest travel orgnisers ever you can find on this earth is Thomas cook franchisee in Jayanagar Bangalore supported by THOMASCOOK INDIA for all his ill doings and supports for unethical professionalism. Their only way of doing travel business is to cheat public with false promises which are documented and evidential.
If the Review Rate was 1/2 that was also not suitable for this agency. I am not finding words to describe the pathetic service that they provide to the customers. No one will respond at the right time and we have beg them for the support even after paying the full amount. Some of the small tour operators does a better job and they care for the customers but Thomas Cook India is the worst ever tour operator that i have encountered so far in my life. Not worth of taking the Travel plans for the given money. Not sure whether they pay their employees salary as they dont work effectively. Also if someone wants to see Worst itinerary it is with Thomas cook. Not worth at all.
They are a scam ...do not go by their brand and their frantic calls for booking confirmation...I booked my tour to Europe.. made my payments and then after receiving the booking amount they disappeared... afterwards they informed me my trip has been cancelled due to lower number of passengers..i fell for their scam you save yourself...
Had a great experience with Thomas Cook foreign exchange division @ Bangalore. I could complete my brothers (Student) Currency, Prepaid card & Tuition fee remittance in less than 20 mins with them. He got a Study buddy card with Free lounge Access.
Hi, Booked Europe Fusion tour with THOMAS COOK. Before i booked the package I told the sales person (Online booking) that one of us had Visa rejection in past and if you confirm visa then only i will book the tour. She asked one day time to confirm with visa team and next day confirmed that Visa wont be a problem. I paid booking amount 400000 and the night mare started after that. sales team stopped replying mail / message / phone calls. Finally Visa got rejected and i received a mail that " As per your request we have cancelled your tour and 80,000 out of 100000 booking amount paid will be deducted." 1. Never book Online Tours. 2. Read each and every word of Terms and Condition.3. Go to Consumer Court immediately after incident. 4. Keep all mail communication with you.5. Don't get cheated by Sales Team since for their incentive and targets Thomas Cook will mis-sale.6. If you keep mail proof ready with you. You can win your case.7. Thomas can give you sleepless night and harass you to the last limit. Online team is rude and very calver and some of them may insult you also.Beware of Thomas Cook. # Online # Harassment # Mis-selling # nightmares # sleepless night.
Thomas Cook India provides very poor service. They are not customer-friendly at all. Once you have paid them, they are least bothered to respond. This attitude is seen across their entire staff, from the MD to the executives. It's best to avoid getting involved with them.
Further to our review dated 05/04/24, wrote to the Ministry of Tourism thru the PG Portal about non refund of balance Rs 64318/- after cancellation by Thomas Cook India of Switzerland tour. After Ministry's intervention, TC said that some amount will be refunded by NEFT if we give our bank account details specified by them. After receiving those details, they are now asking for a cancelled blank cheque. Obviously TC is avoiding refund giving an excuse as blank cheque is not required for NEFT.
