Review Time
Packing of two harmonicas was the worse I have come across and I receive many parcels from various counties. I have purchase from THOMMAN of Germany many times in the past and had no real issues but this time the two Harmonicas that came to over £100.00 WAS THE WORSE. one deflated air bag in side and the two harmonicas just floating about in a larger box than is needed. DHL did not look after my delivery very well and one corner of the sturdy box was peeled back. It is a close call when you see it like that as not sure if anything had come out of the box. No all there but not very happy at the packing of the 2 harmonicas. The only good thing was Paypal and I have covered that 9n another post.
IGNORE ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS, I ordered a Scarlett 2i2 studio kit from them at £100 less from other retailers online. My order was delivered as stated 6-8 days from placing my order, having read the reviews on trustpilot “after” I placed the order I was a bit concerned, however as I say, I had no problems with them and there online chat service was excellent. Item was sealed as per the manufacturer and I incurred NO import fees and reassurance of this was given of this by their online chat facility. Would I buy again? First and last order. Starts as soon as place order, get told your order will be delivered after passing through customs. FTW website uses stealth to disguise all prodeucts are coming from EU, and the delivery term of 3 days extends to 10 days. Plus you pay £10 for pleasure. How they get any returning customers I dont know.
hello guys, but can you put guitars with serious construction problems on the market?/ it's not a question of changing the pickups as those who review for thomman say... they all have serious manufacturing defects, the neck on guitars like les paol is mounted crookedly the guitar I can throw away anything other than B-Sock and take it off the market Mr. Thomas!!! poorly built, not balanced at all and very heavy and has manufacturing problems, let's not talk about pickups that need to be changed and so on, it's structural construction problems out of 4 Haley Bentons purchased, they all have construction problems, especially there isn't one that has a neck mounted straight!!! you have to withdraw them from the market, don't sell them for 20 Euros less because in the models I bought the handle is glued to the body, tell me how it can be fixed??? you are incorrect!!!!out of 4 Harley Benton guitars that I bought, they all had major manufacturing defects, they said that they just needed to change the hardware and you would have had a good guitar!! false because they have construction problems which are not poor quality of the pickups or mechanics as someone suggests they are probably pro thomman reviewers there is no other explanation!!Be wary of Harley Benton but also of brands like Ibanez, I had my surprise there too!! I placed an order (order number 12709021, transaction number PML-12709021-CTP-828B3777A3) on the online shop of thomann for a product that was available on the stock and was tagged as being b-stock, thus with a reduced price. Now, someone from customer service got in touch with me saying the b-stock product is not available and they are kind of forcing me to pay 58€ more to get a so called A-stock product as a replacement item in order to send me the guitar which costed me 333€. Although, I bought successfully the product for a reduced price. I want a solution for this, and as a customer who has rights I want to keep the product I bought. If it was not available, it’s unacceptable for it to be sold on the shop, that is a HUGE SCAM. I was expecting more from a big company like this.
Thomman had a really good deal on Native Instruments Kontakt Komplete 14 Ultimate so I thought I’d try them out. Everything was smooth and straightforward, saving me a good 20% compared to other vendors. I don’t know if I’d buy anything physical due to import duties (which aren’t really within their control but perhaps visibility could help some of the disgruntled people here) but I’d definitely recommend for digital purchases.

Recently bought a guitar from Thomman and the service was First Class.One of the tone knobs had a very small blemish on it and I contacted Thomman who immediately sent me a set of 4 replacements free of charge.I have purchased several items before from Thomman and have always been delighted with theirproducts and with their customer service.Five stars for a supplier who really does value their customers.
