I ordered a pair of rather expensive headphones from Thomman, they were "B-stock" but arrived as if brand new & at a substantial saving. I found Thomman an extremely professional company to deal with and given my experience cannot recommend them highly enough.Truly well deserved five stars
Ordered a guitar on 1st of July. Had an email 2 weeks later from DHL saying they had my parcel. Then for the next 2 weeks received emails everyday saying my parcel was in the depot waiting to be delivered. Then on the 25th July it said returning to sender! 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund. But Thomman refuse to give it because he they have not received the guitar yet. This whole experience has been horrendous. Would not recommend anyone buy from this company.
I bought a guitar and the fretboard wasn't good it had tiny cracklings that was fault of the brand factory not Thomann's. I asked for return of the product and they gave me same model with proper fretboard. No issues at all. Their customer service is very warm and good people. Will buy again from Thomann.
A brilliant company to deal with, what you order is what you get and the prices are spot on.I am building a new project studio and was looking for a Behringer channel strip as additional microphone inputs.I found one but no-one seemed to have it in stock, or were charging over the odds. Thomman had them in stock, price was correct and shipping was low enough to justify buying.No issues at all.I have bought a few items from them and will continue to do so.
I am very satisfied with Thomann's after-sales service, I had a problem with a Rode NT 1 microphone, I contacted Thomann, they sent me a new microphone, this firm is very serious and honest, for my future purchases, I trust them. Thomman with all my thanks
I ordered an amplifier which should have come in a few weeks. Suddenly, the waiting time has shortened and next few days I have received a USED one. I have been offered a £50 discount but optioned to get a replacement. Thinking that anybody can make one mistake.So after the hassle of sending it back and waiting for 3 weeks to get a new unit I have received again USED unit. I could not believe what is happening there. Quite disappointed with the whole Thomman experience and rather go next time to some other distributor.
Terrible experienceTerrible experience - they inform you about additional charges just after you already payed for the order.Even if you stop money to be taken from the bank - and they confirm cancelation, they send it to you anyway.Just after a long time they demanding payment including additional charges like an interests and stuff.They send the annoying letters with treats and the people who are trespassing and knock your door at the evening and morning but they never there if youask: "who is this?"AVOID! MAFIA! SCUM! AND ANNOYANCE.Their prices are not really low, but sadly you have pay additional money later !
