Highly recommended

I ordered a hi hat stand on 6.11.17. It arrived 10.11.17 by DHL so I could easily track it. It arrived in perfect condition. I was nervous at first as it was an international order to the UK but it was such a quick, successful transaction I will definitely use them again. 100% positive experience!

Defective Goods - Postage Costs

I ordered a Boschma ABS case. When it arrived, the item was defective (poorly made). I returned the item (free of charge), but Thomman refused to refund me for the original postage associated with sending the defective item to me. In effect, they sent me rubbish and I paid postage for their mistake. I have asked them to recompense me several times (as the return was simply because the goods were faulty), but they monotinously refer me to their Terms of business. Nice !!!!!!!They are also terminally slow at Customer service response, unless it is associated with standardised referal to their one sided trading policy.DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT GRIEF WHEN THINGS GO WRONG
