The entire ticketmaster experience was a disaster

We arrived at Spark arena, tickets on the app - only to not be able to enter. Directed to the box office, waited for 10 minutes - only to be told to proceed, all would be fine. When we get up to our area, the staff member directed us down to our seats - only to see that our two seats (and two more) were broken and taped off. The staff member told us they had bene broken for days. We were sent down to the floor and given two seats there. Overall a terrible experince. Why were we not told in advance, to get seats on the floor was hopeless (we couldn't see certain parts of the show because we were low & had tall people in front of us. Nobody even bothered to say sorry or apologise ! Quite frankly the whole ticket master experience was shocking, a real lack of care - nobody cared ! If I was a senior leader of ticketmaster I would be embarrassed on the way we were treated - kind regards Paul

I took my 86 year old Dad to this event and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.Well run, a great venue and lovely snack platter all added to the new experience for us.

Website is a nightmare

Website is a nightmare to all and sundry for whom computers are a diabolical intrusion on our lives!Each time I managed to get as far as seat choice, message told me that I must start again as seats now sold (6 times!). 2-part authentication should be reserved for mathematicians....No more Ticketmaster for me thankyou.Young man on theatre reception asked for my cellphone number. He had my tickets printed within one minute!Ticketmaster on-phone details took quite some time to produce and were therefore not needed.

Memories ….It was our first show and we thoroughly…

It was our first show and we thoroughly enjoyed it …. It was a gift from our son who was looking forward to seeing the show also but he passed away 1 mnth ago so very sad he wasn’t there but would have been it spirit

With regard to the Ticketmaster App, I was disappointed that I could not open my tickets. It kept telling me to try again. I communicated with the chatbot who made various suggestions. Finally, at the venue, I used my email to find the tickets
