App issues

I had made sure that the tickets showed in the app when we purchased them. When we got to Wellington the app had logged me out. I had to reset my password and while my bank details showed in the app the tickets did not. Thank goodness for email is all I can say

The ticket master system is good IT that adds value to a night out

The process of purchasing tickets, managing them, and accessing the venue were all easy and seamless. A good experience all round and on top of that, Bill Bailey was great entertainment.

Tickets to Dave Dobyn

Tickets to Dave Dobyn, Wellington:The Ticketmaster App shut down 3 days before the concert. Despite ongoing efforts Ticketmaster were unable to help me access the Ticketmaster App. So the only way to get my tickets was via the reminder email. Your App is not fit for purpose & needs sorting out. A very frustrating experience especially as flights & a weekend out of town were involved. So disappointing.
