I mean, you dont have much choice as almost all tickets are through ticketmaster. The app is a pain in the butt as it often makes you log in multiple times. The ticket price is always less than actual as they add on multiple ridiculous fees instead of including them in the price. Price also varies depending on when you by your ticket (presale or regular). But its a trusted site where your tickets are safe so at least there's that.
Honestly the staff were amazing in helping out, I had an issue with the seats which was a little complex, but when I grabbed some assistance, it was handled promptly in a very nice way. It would be nice though if the staff were trained a little more in terms of locations in the building just to make it easier for example, to access the premium lounge. One other thing was the bathrooms, they are quite ample but it has very long queues.. Not too sure if that's an issue that can be fixed too quickly though. All in all, it was a great experience.
Tool Live in Auckland – Great Show, Missing the Kiwi FavouritesTool put on a solid, atmospheric show in Auckland. The band sounded tight, the visuals were unreal, and the whole performance had that classic heavy, hypnotic Tool feel. Danny and Justin absolutely stole the night with their rhythm work, and Maynard’s vocals were on point even from the back of the stage. But the big downside? They skipped a lot of the hits Kiwis love — no “Schism,” “Sober,” “The Pot,” or “Stinkfist.” Hardcore fans enjoyed the deeper cuts, but plenty of people were waiting for those big moment songs that never came.Overall, a great concert — just would’ve been even better with a few of the classics.
