It took over six months to get a response or acknowledgement of a request for a refund. It was difficult to find how to communicate our request. Eventually we were pleased to get our cancelled show refunded.

After advising that the show would be rescheduled due to COVID-19, Ticketmaster did not get back to me via email regarding the rescheduled date. I had to contact them on email regarding a refund or alternative date. A response took a week.

Above expectation

My expectations were particularly low when I first engaged with Ticketmaster, via email. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to find the response was swift, the tickets were sorted out in less than a day and we are all looking forward to the event - with the correct tickets now! Thanks Ticketmaster and keep up the good work. Maybe I will raise my expectations now!
