Stunning customer service - well done!

The show we had bought tickets for was rescheduled, and we can't attend the revised date. I contacted Ticketmaster to request a refund, and got a positive response within a couple of hours from Josephine. Awesome customer service! Thanks!

Refund process was super easy

The dates for a show I bought tickets to were changed after lockdown; since I couldn't make the new date I requested a refund. Was given my refund in full within two days of making the initial inquiry, and Josephine was really helpful.
