Long wait to get through

Long wait to get through. Had put through a request for refund and ended up calling after 2 weeks. This should be automated when an event cancelled. Disappointing but once I got to talk to someone actioned immediately

The Ticketmaster website is laborious…

The Ticketmaster website is laborious and clunky. It takes dedication to book or cancel tickets . Khrystopha's service was adequate but took 10 days to make the refund.

Your service response was very good

Your service response was very good, providing refund turns up.However Ticketmaster service was terrible in that email saying show was cancelled, also saying there would be refund in 3-5 days. 20+ days later, no refund.One should not have to chase these things up
