Fantastic service!

Ticketmaster has been great at keeping me updated with the rescheduling x2 of the BSB concert & gave me super easy instructions to follow to get one of my tickets refunded & the money was in my account the very next day! Really impressed! Fantastic service!

Far too difficult to get a refund when…

Far too difficult to get a refund when they have cancelled a show. There is a window you are supposed to fill in that is quite nonsensical. I think it says "comments" When I sent them an email informing them of the problem, the response was to ask me to do this review!

Thankyou so much to staff member Stacey who communicated with me throughout the process of refunds for two rescheduled shows we can no longer attend due to other commitments. Several emails went back and forward to Stacey but she reassured me nothing was a problem. Thankyou for making the refunding process easier than what I had initially thought, you are an asset to Ticketmaster!
