Tickets together

I booked two tickets for a show, but didn't realise they weren't together (?my fault, ?senior moment!)). I phoned Ticketmaster feeling very grumpy! Lini calmed me down and fixed up two tickets together in no time.My reason for only 4 stars is that I had to wait for so long to speak to a real person.

Such amazing and fast customer service

Such amazing and fast customer service! I was holding out hope that my event could be rescheduled after covid but unfortunately not. I held my ticket for over a year and decided to ask for a refund. I basically contacted Ticketmaster asking for a refund and honestly was expecting to hear things like: "I'm sorry but its been too long and we can't give you a refund" Or basically just take an extremely long time to get back to me about it. But to my surprise I wake up to an email saying that my refund has been processed no questions asked and that it will be back to me in 3-5 days. But then I receive a notification saying that the money is back in my account that same day! Such wonderful hassle free service! Thanks Ticketmaster! I would usually expect the things I described before from other event service providers but not from you! Thanks so much! :D
