I find your booking system lacks information about performances - it's only interested in givingmore ticket prices. Because your system classifies people as 'North Island', I receive lots of emails about performances in Auckland but not enough information about those in Wellington, where I live. We managed to book an extra ticket for the last NZSO concert because we hadn't unticked a seat in the booking plan and had no notification before we paid. Then you can't get a refund. Then we received a reminder for the concert on 22 July on the morning of the 23rd - after we had been to the concert. Overall, I wonder why I gave Ticketmaster two stars!
I cannot forgive Ticketmaster for the total mess it made of bookings for the Arts Festival in Wellington earlier this year. I bought over $1500.00 worth of tickets and had to resort to the festival organisers to arrange my tickets. Both Ticketmaster's website and its contact people were hopeless and provided extremely poor customer service.
