Honestly the best I went to the concert…

Honestly the best I went to the concert from hamilton and of cause I forgot to charge my phone so by the time I got there my phone was about to turn off so I asked at the kiosk at the spark arena if I could get the tickets any other way and they printed them off for me I was so thankful and stoked that they were able to do that for me. Totally enjoyed LAB they were off the hook!! So thank you ticket master for all ur help yous are amazing😊

Purchased tickets to Let's Zep

Purchased tickets to Let's Zep, a date change was done for next year on a Tuesday. Sent through everything to say no I would like the refund. That was in May still waiting for money to appear in my account and the tickets are now void. Just sent them another email but seriously this is a joke. Maybe ticketmaster nz needs to employ more people or get people who know what they are doing.

transaction fee transparency

I can completely understand that credit card fees cost on a transaction basis but I don’t think they always are transparent on the transaction fee. For example this was a 26$ ticket but I paid over a $6 fee ? I think I have paid the same fee for a $300 ticket.This could be improved

The wort part was trying to print tickets.

It was frustrating that three times I selected seats that were shown to be free, waited a short while, and then told I couldn't have those seats. On the fourth try I got lucky and the seats were assigned to me.But the worst part of making the booking was trying to print the tickets. I did what I would normally do to print the page showing tickets, and it didn't work - parts were cut off. I messed around for a while trying to adjust the page and print. AT last I saw the tiny PRINT icon on the page. So I pressed that and received the tickets by email in a form that i could print. I do think that that step cold have been signaled better But each sheet was half advertisements. I do resent having to waste ink on necessary stuff.
