The app is terrible, hardly ever works properly. Often gets into a login loop where its always trying to login but keeps failing. Thankfully the website works on phone.

Once again.

Once again.. when at venue.. went to use ticket on phone and I had to re sign into ticket master. It wouldn't let me.. had to go to office and get physical ticket ..all is waste of time and existing me money. So disappointing

The show was excellent, but Ticketmaster customer service non-existent. I emailed with a ticketing problem, didn't even get a reply. Finally sorted it without your help.

Access to tickets once purchased

Disappointed that there didn’t seem to be an option to have tickets posted or couriered to you, as not all people have access to printers or smartphones.

Disney on Ice lacking energy

Most of dancers this year were lacking of energy. They just did a performance they already know. I left Wellington to go to Auckland to watch it, and I was a little bit disappointed, because I love Disney on Ice. The merchandising also, very poor. I am not complaining, next year I will come again, I just hope we will have people that do love Disney representing it.

One staff member on upper floor was…

One staff member selling merchandise on upper floor was rude as at end of show, made my 3 year old daughter cry, terrible customer service show was not even half as good as the year before, highly disappointed
