Review Time
I disliked how the Ticketmaster app wasn't allowing login or to view 'my events' through the app or website on the evening of 20th July. I had to many times, refreshing, going in and out, and eventually, the login screen loaded on the website, and then download the tickets to my google wallet.Additionally, the efficiency of selling food and drink at the Bruce Mason Centre was terrible, along with exiting the stalls. The wait time is awfully long when lining up to buy food or drink, so something needs addressing here.
I do not have a smartphone which meant I had to ask someone else to book my tickets. Other providers enable me to print off the email confirmation. I cannot believe that all the elderly people in the audience can manage this booking process.
TM were great but the meet and greet with Central Cee was a joke very rushed no signing of merch. I didn’t even get the allowable photo either. Was promptly asked to move on as holding up the line. For the price of the ticket I don’t know why he bothered with a meet and greet at all. I think LN were scrambling. Next time artist, dont sell as many otherwise clearly it’s all about the money. I didn’t want a photo just a signature which takes less time than a pic.
