Once I managed to get in the telephone que, I was answered with in about 20mins,I needed to change my booking dates & recieve new tickets, it was possible, got sent a confirmation email promptly also due to the fact I had also emailed my needs tho was tricky negotiating website as to how to do this. The pdf tickets didn't arrive in the hour I was quoted so emailed back & quickly recieved online tickets. Mostly a helpful successful experience & outcome
It was super easy to find where we had to go to find our seats. People offered to help us find our door and where to go as soon as we walked in. There was no long cues to get into our seats. I did find that the wait times to the toilet at half time and to get snacks were long. We went straight to the bathroom and had only just lined up to get food when the bell rang to go back in.
