Change in Ap part way through time from ordering ticket until show day which created some nervousness- I’m still pretty new to online tickets and worry that there will be a glitch when it’s time to produce them. Actually printed some and used phone for others. Any reason I can’t print tickets and also have them in my phone? As backup. Air NZ has that facility.
Terrible way to book and pay for a ticket. Clumsy to get the ticket, long delay for scanning at the venue. The booking process was full of marketing blah. Sack the marketers and get in people who care about customers rather than their wallets. They seem to have a monopoly at some venues.
A large bank of speakers was suspended from the ceiling and blocked our view of the performers. The seats behind the suspended bank of speakers should never have been put on sale - theye weren't even "restricted view" - they were "cannot see teh performers at all"
