Unpleasant graduation event. Lots of impromptu hakas and songs (OK but they double the time for the event) but lots of screaming by strangers right in your ear and whistleblowing. If you value your hearing or your heart it's terrible. We had to walk out as the screaming was unbearable. Wish my kid had not gone to AUT
Nice seating and enjoyable presentation of a midsummer nights dream just a pity some parents allow their very young children who have become bored to disrupt the viewing of others but I guess this is what you expect from earlier timed performance. Older people appreciate an earlier timed event pity really thats not taken into consideration with seating areas ....just saying
I still have NOT received my mystery merch that I ordered. This is incredibly disappointing and I feel robbed. I created a support ticket almost a month ago and I still have no idea when/if my merch will ever arrive.This is a scam.
Your change to phone-only tickets created a problem because, although I could access my tickets on my laptop and on my iPad, I could not access them from my phone because you ‘paused’ my access…for 2 days! I tried reloading the app, etc to no avail. Your representative suggested shutting down my VPN…maybe that works but both alternate devices that worked used the same VPN. Luckily I discovered this problem before I arrived so dragged my iPad to the theatre!
