The information

The information - times, place, what it would be requiring etc about the Master class came way too late (night before event). Putting the 2-5year olds in the morning meant that it would have been a very long wait till the actual performance for them. My 4 year who was booked in for it ended up missing it. Actual ballet was enjoyable.

This was a fantastic show, the performance wonderful, the background graphics great. The Bruce Mason Theatre is a great venue.

I was not confident as an older “user”…

I was not confident as an older “user” of cell phone tickets. I went to the box office and an extremely helpful person printed out my ticket for me.

Fairly easy to have tickets scanned…

Fairly easy to have tickets scanned from the reminder email about the event. Being older I had trouble transferring them to Google wallet and was a bit stressed I wouldn't be able to get tickets scanned.

The Diva's were outstanding....a real…

The Diva's were outstanding....a real treat . I don't want to be negative as that is not the point of my Feedback . It was my first experience of buying tickets that I could not print off . Being a senior the navigation was time consuming in a dummy run at home . I did find that out an app had to be updated . I haven't much experience with Apps and did have difficulty finding the tickets . I then got to the theatre and tried to go through the process again there , got to "find tickets " and it kept sending me back to the original post . I have to say the usher was not happy with me and I was very embarrassed in front of a queue . We had joined as soon as the first call came . Another patron told me not to worry as we are all Dinosaurs ! Next try was successful . I had bought tickets for four of us

The app is a nightmare

The app is a nightmare. When you go into it and it gives you nothing but a black screen and forces you to uninstall and reinstall. Print your tickets, folks, because there is no guarantee the app will work when you actually need it to.

Really difficult to use website when…

Really difficult to use website when repeatedly get the error message saying unusual activity detected on my account so, I am locked out.Requiring iOS16 or later for Ticketmaster app forces phone upgrade, not a user friendly action.

I can't access my tickets on my phone

I can't access my tickets on my phone. Message saying 'We've detected unusual behaviour on either your network or browser". And none of the suggested resolution work. this has been the case for over 12 months.
