Tickets were supposed to be posted but we’re not . Took ages and very difficult going through the website to find contact details . Once sent an email with my problem the response was quite quick and eventually sent the tickets to be printed off .

COUPLE DAYS BEFORE I CALLED YOUR NUMBER AND WAS TOLD IN A VERY CURT DISMISSIVE MANNER THAT NO WE DO NOT MAIL OUT YOU COLLECT FROM VENUE THIS IN FACT NO PROBLEM AND YOUR TEAM AT THE ST JMES VERY EFFICENT POLITE AND APOLOGISED FOR THE CALL CENTER MANNER YOU HAVE A CAPTIVE CUSTOMER BASE SO MIGHT JUST SAY NUMBER IS IT NOT TIME TO UPDATE YOUR WEB SITE AND ENSURE THAT THE CALL CENTER TEAN ARE POLITE EFFICENT CHEERS
The “band” was so loud you could not hear the group sing. What you could hear was not that great and to me a lot of songs no one knew. Maybe last time for me as it was deafening.I may be older but young in spirit so it bothers me to write such a scathing report. Think of the target audience , which clearly had not done with this poor show
The Ticketmaster website would have to be the very worst website I have encounted. I have booked two shows recently and in the course of booking and retrieving my tickets I reckon I have wasted around 3 hours of my life. Also at the venue last night we had to wait for ages while the doorperson was trying to help a patron retrieve their tickets. I will seriously be thinking twice before booking another show via Ticketmaster.
