Digital ticketing

Digital ticketing - no thanks.Because the tickets were only available on my phone I was quite anxious by the time we reached the venue (earlier in the day my ipad had died - if that had been my phone we wouldn't have been able to gain entry). Also there was a lengthy queue as all 'tickets' were scanned.On the up-side, I loved all the information provided about the show and parking etc - most helpful.And the show was absolutely magnificent.

The whole process went smoothly

The whole process went smoothly. The door staff easily scanned the tickets on the phone. The tickets arrived on the phone in food tome and gave the necessary details.
