It's regrettable that your App is so unusable. My tickets should pop up as soon as I sign in. I had to search through other events and finally the help menu to find them. Really terrible for a NZ based App. You have certainly made clear how NOT to retrieve my tickets! How about just sending them to my email immediately? I can't really say what I actually mean! . 20 minutes wasted.
Ticketmaster has a stupid feature that makes bookings much more difficult than they need to be.At the final stage of making a payments the messages appears "Secure Ticket selection is required"This is both unnecessary and untrue.On previous occasions I was able to find the secure ticket option on an earlier page and tick that I didn't need it. Then I was able to proceed with my booking.This time I can't find any such option, so my booking fails because of this stupid feature.i'm giving up on the performance. I'll miss it unless I can buy a ticket at the venue.
