The Ticketmaster website would have to be the very worst website I have encounted. I have booked two shows recently and in the course of booking and retrieving my tickets I reckon I have wasted around 3 hours of my life. Also at the venue last night we had to wait for ages while the doorperson was trying to help a patron retrieve their tickets. I will seriously be thinking twice before booking another show via Ticketmaster.
These guys are above and beyond what you expect. When you see them on video they are great, but live they take things to the next level, with extended solos and Josh on vocals is out of this world. A great show and well worth the trip.
