Ticket upgrade…A+ customer service

Wanted to upgrade my tickets for the upcoming WWE Elimination Chamber event in Perth. I followed the instructions on how to do this, which were easily found in the help section on the website.Yet again I can’t fault the service I received from the Ticketmaster customer service agents. My request was followed up on very quickly, communication from customer service was clear, professional and friendly, both via original emails and upon speaking to an agent to finalise my request. This is the 2nd time I’ve needed to contact Ticketmaster customer service for assistance and both times I have been provided great service.

Eli who has helped me not only change my tickets from Saturday night to Friday night has assisted me in getting seated tickets to pink! He has truly been amazing and think he should be truly respected as a valued team member, he has dedicated his time and has kept me in mind for allowing me to have seated seats with my young family to see an amazing artist! Eli I truly can not thank you enough for your valued support and extended help you are amazing!
