Such an easy conversation and response - quick- responsive polite and factual. Was so worried I wouldn’t be able to change my tickets but the process made it so easy and stress free Janissa was great.

Poor customer service response

Got a notification that tickets we had purchased at full price were now being offered at 30% off. Emailed to politely request if a discount or voucher for food, drinks or merch and all requests were declined. Customer service didn't even appear to actually read my emails.

Website issue during ticket purchase resolved!

I was genuinely surprised with how quickly and respectfully my issues was resolved. I unintentionally made multiple purchases of my ticket order due to website error, then refreshing mid transaction which resulted in me purchasing double what I intended. My query was addressed within an hour and resolved by the end of the day!
